Art Workshop....time flies when your 'avin fun!

The workshop on Wed was brill! It was good to look at the RIGSBY.i didnt have an opinion before, after looking and thinking i did, quite funny that A-shar and i thought he was little cocky looking!!

I enjoyed creating a peice, didnt really think about it to much,I was happy that i had created something. The end result was mix between a dragon fly and a flower. Its intresting that others wanted to improve my peice lol.Keon enjoyed the workshop also,we are quite similar in that we worked quickly. We just wanted to wack something out!

I look forward to the workshops,as the time flies so fast. Not sure about The tate visit as im someone who has a look and moves on.Like when i have been dragged to the zoo,one lion looks just like the others,i have a look and move on.everyone else is like ah look at that one,ahw look at that one.NEXT.So i hope i what i see at the tate holds my attention,i will take in what i see just not sure i will want to look at peices for long period of times??Lets see.

One of the things i have enjoyed about this project is talking to the other parents,im a mum who drops Keon off, then im off to work,so its been a good opportunity to show people that i do like have a personality!

One last thing it really shows that the teachers are really wanting us to enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.I had never set eyes on Miss vale and Mr Cannon and now we sit down and laugh.Keon talks about teachers so its nice to beable to do that.

Thats all folks !!!

"I think what i have learnt the most about this project is.......wait for it....is SELF BELIEF. If an artist or anyone, writes, sings, dances or sculpts etc and believes they have done a good job, well thats all that matters....i have doubted myself in the past, lacked believing in myself and what i can achieve....”

"We have decided to take Ryan and Naombh somewhere at least once a month and have figured that with our children its best sometimes just to get on a bus or tube and just see what's going on ,sort of exposing them to the arts accidentally there is so much to see and do"
