Arts Beyond the Classroom

A group blog for families to share experiences of culture in London.

The photography workshop at Lauriston School reminded me of the tragic death of Lady Diana. I don't personally like how photographers interfere into peoples privacy, especially when they do not get the permission of the people they photograph. Everyone should be given the freedom to choose if they want their photograph taken or not, including the celebrities. The idea of encrouching into peoples lives without their consent is not my thing. I don't know if i will do well in this task, but i will try to do my best without making anyone unhappy.

Great things i intend to go for, are ancient things that shows beauty of the old times, and traditional things that show different culture and its beauty. Though not my strong point, i look forward to come up with nice poses.

"I think what i have learnt the most about this project is.......wait for it....is SELF BELIEF. If an artist or anyone, writes, sings, dances or sculpts etc and believes they have done a good job, well thats all that matters....i have doubted myself in the past, lacked believing in myself and what i can achieve....”
