The national portrait gallery was quite interesting we saw alot of photos  we  liked  it  so  much  my  best  bit  was  my  mum  was  stuck on  the  lion in trafalga square!
I really liked the way the photos in the portrait gallery made me have a reactions towards them some caused me to feel quite sad while others made you understand others. Zehra really enjoyed the tudors especially when she saw henry the 7 th portrat she found it interesting that his portait was thrown in the bin!

Today we met as a group and spoke about what inspires us . We found out about future events and was a bit shocked when we found out we had to take some photos . The children loved taking the photos.

My  mum  was  inspired  by  food all  around   the  world. Especially her  grandmothers . She  loves  cooking   puddings  once  i  start  to  eat  it  i  cant  STOP.

"I think what i have learnt the most about this project is.......wait for it....is SELF BELIEF. If an artist or anyone, writes, sings, dances or sculpts etc and believes they have done a good job, well thats all that matters....i have doubted myself in the past, lacked believing in myself and what i can achieve....”

"We have decided to take Ryan and Naombh somewhere at least once a month and have figured that with our children its best sometimes just to get on a bus or tube and just see what's going on ,sort of exposing them to the arts accidentally there is so much to see and do"
